Conference: You have a dispute, what do you do? Try arbitration
A sluggish judicial system is a setback for business. With a maturing real estate market in Poland, the number of disputes arising out of leases, purchase contracts, professional services contracts, building contracts, financing agreements and others, is rapidly increasing. The courts are costly, time consuming and unsatisfactory. The time has come to promote and develop the alternative of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution at local, national and international levels.
The Polish Association of Real Estate Counselors (PAREC), and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are pleased to host this pioneering conference, inviting leading Polish and International experts to describe the current arbitration processes in Europe and Poland. The conference programme will include a live arbitration hearing.
The conference will appeal to all property professionals, lawyers, judges, arbitrators, investors, fund managers and the business community in general.
