Maja Biesiekierska MRICS
The Managing Director of Polish Properties Investment Advisory Services is Maja Biesiekierska MRICS, an experienced property consultant of 14 years standing in both Poland and Western Europe.
She joined Polish Properties Investment Advisory Services after 5 years with the Valad Property Group, first as an Asset Manager in London and then as a Regional Manager in Warsaw responsible for the asset management of Valad's property portfolio in Poland (Central European Industrial Fund).
Prior to joining Valad in 2006, Maja had worked for 2 years at securitization specialists, Hatfield Philips International, in London, where she managed distressed and non-performing property loans on behalf of Lehman Brothers throughout Europe.
Maja began her career in real estate in 1997 when she joined Healey & Baker (Cushman & Wakefield) and was soon promoted to Head of Property Management.
In 2000 she co-founded a branch office of King Sturge - International Property Consultants, in Warsaw and became a Partner with responsibility for office and industrial agency.
Maja graduated from Warsaw University with a masters degree in musicology. She holds a Statutory License in Real Estate Agency No 2864 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
