Marta Jurek-Maciak MRICS REV
Marta holds the position of Director, Professional Services with responsibility for overseeing the maintenance of high standards in the servicing of existing instructions and for the development of the firm's valuation, due diligence and property advisory work.
Marta is an experienced chartered surveyor (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Polish qualified valuer (Qualification number 4164), and a Recognised European Valuer. She is also a Licensed Property Agent (License number 9012) and a Licensed Property Manager (License number 15985). She holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Lodz and an MSc, Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Marta has also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Prior to joining Polish Properties in 2004, Marta gained several years of property experience with King Sturge where she was responsible for both valuation work and market research.
Marta is the author of several published articles on the Polish investment market and is a Board member of RICS Polska.
