Valuation
Under Polish law it is illegal for anyone to undertake valuation reports
unless „Qualified”. To obtain a Polish Valuers' Qualification a candidate
must hold a university degree, undergo a period of post graduate studies in
valuation and practical experience and finally pass a national examination
in property valuation.
Our valuations are undertaken only by Qualified Polish Valuers. Four
members of Polish Properties including the Managing Director are Members of
the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and two are also
„Recognised European Valuers”.

Our valuation reports are written in Polish or English and comply with both
international valuation standards (IVSC, TEGoVA, RICS) and Polish Valuation
Standards (Green Book).
Apart from a detailed description of each property valued, our reports
include an analysis of legal title, planning position and a summary of all
leases to which the property may be subject. We also undertake a property
market overview, a detailed commentary on rental rates and investment yields
using data from our in-house market research team and a detailed breakdown
of the valuation itself.
